• We will collect the keys from your office, or if the property is not particularly near your office we will ask you to post them out to us.
   
• You will be given a time and a date we will do the clearance, and it will be done on that date at the time we stated.
   
• Everything will be done within the time frame we quoted, in 95% of clearances, that will be one day. The property emptied and everything dealt with, and it hoovered ( subject to the electricity being on ) and left clear and tidy.
   
• We will invoice you immediately upon completion, with a full invoice for you and your client's records.
